Great Eastern Radio signs on for vCreative™PPO

vCreative™PPO will be used by the staff at WXXK-FM, WGXL-FM, WMXR-FM and WTSL-AM for submitting and tracking production requests. Sales Manager Nichole Romano states “We are seeking to provide a balance of consistency and accountability within our radio stations’ departments, and we believe vCreative will allow us to do just that.” PPO allows Great Eastern Radio the ability to track all user actions for complete accountability, and gives the managers the option to generate quantitative reports on those user actions.

Entercom - Buffalo signs on for vCreative™PPO

Buffalo joins the Entercom stations in Seattle, WA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, and Greenville, SC who are already using vCreative™PPO. In addition to a paperless workflow for the production requests, PPO connects the Buffalo commercial producers with the voice talents at the thirteen other Entercom stations currently using the system. Buffalo has signed on to use PPO following their free trial use through the month of February.

Regent Communications-Grand Rapids signs on for vCreative™PPO

vCreative™PPO will be used by the staff at WGRD-FM, WFGR-FM, WLHT-FM, WTRV-FM and WNWZ-AM for submitting and tracking production requests. In addition to reducing the paper and consumable usage for Grand Rapids, PPO allows the five stations’ account executives to turn in their production orders from virtually any internet connection.

Signal Media Arkansas signs up for vCreative™PPO

vCreative’s Paperless Production Order system has been adopted by Signal Media of Arkansas. The staff at KKPT-FM and KABZ-FM can now submit, review and track production requests from virtually any internet capable device through the online interface of PPO. The system also allows Signal Media Arkansas the ability to track all user actions for complete accountability, and gives the managers the option to generate quantitative reports on user actions.

Citadel - New Bedford signs up for vCreative™PPO

Citadel Broadcasting has two more stations using the Paperless Production Order system offered by vCreative, Inc. New Bedford joins the over 60 Citadel stations already on vCreative™PPO. Production Manager Neil White says, “I am thrilled to have a system that will allow me to see all of the production as soon as it’s entered! What a great way to stop last minute surprises.” The remotely accessible PPO System will also connect WBSM-AM & WFHN-FM to their fellow Citadel stations to easily share voice talent between their staff, providing clients with fresh out-of-market voices for locally produced ads.

The staff at KNDD-FM, KMTT-FM, KKWF-FM and KISW-FM Seattle are getting ‘Greener’ in 2010 thanks to the vCreative™ Paperless Production Order System. Seattle joins nine other Entercom stations already using PPO to streamline their production workflow. In addition to being able to remotely submit and update production orders from any location, the staff also has the option to link with other Entercom markets on PPO for fast and easy voice talent sharing.

The Citadel Broadcasting stations in Knoxville, TN are signed on for the Paperless Production Order system offered by vCreative, Inc. Knoxville’s General Manager Ed Brantley says, “We are looking for a quicker, more efficient and paperless production system and vCreative has the answer.” PPO is already in use or being adopted at over sixty Citadel Broadcasting radio stations. In addition to a paperless work flow, Knoxville will benefit by joining the other Citadel markets on an easy to use Voice Pool Network, allowing them to effortlessly share voices between markets for their in house commercial production.

2010 will see less paper on the desks at Citadel - Binghamton as they begin using vCreative™PPO from vCreative, Inc.
